For the following destinations (as shown in table), all shipping services are currently not possible due to routing/delivery restrictions in the respective destinations.
In other countries where deliveries are currently possible, expect delayed delivery timelines due to local movement restrictions and airline space availability.

** Cut-off time for order processing has been reviewed and changed due to unforseen circumstances on our manpower allocation. Now, orders received before Tuesday 17:00 (GMT +8 time zone) or Tuesday 5:00 EDT will be packed and handover to the shipping company on Wednesday of the week. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We ship internationally from Malaysia to almost all countries with valid addresses except PO box addresses. If your country and/or state are not listed in the country selector, kindly contact us.
We typically ship orders within 3 business days upon receiving your order and payment. During peak and holiday season, things will sometimes go beyond our control and take longer to ship out the package. We will keep you posted via email and update your account once the package is picked up and ready for shipping.
Craft Passion Shop will not be responsible if the shipment is lost after it reaches the destination country. Kindly liaise with your local post office or courier service office to track your parcel. Please check the shipping address in your confirmation order at your email inbox or junk mail. Craft Passion does not hold any responsibility if the shipping address you have entered is incorrect. If you noticed the shipping address you have submitted is incorrect, contact us immediately. Once the parcel is sent out, we cannot do any amendment to redirect the address.
All orders are shipped through Express Courier, it will take approximately 1 or 2 days to reach the destination, depending on the area of delivery. A tracking number will be provided for you to trace the shipment.
Orders are shipped through Airmail or Express Courier. Airmail generally takes 1-3 weeks, and, Express Courier takes a few days to reach. However, it can take longer to deliver during peak and holiday season or due to delays in the customs office. Both shipping options are fully trackable.
Shipping & Handling Charges
The shipping & handling charges of all orders are calculated based on weight and location to be delivered which will be shown during checkout. In some cases such as an oversized item, we may require an additional shipping cost, and if so we will contact you.
Customs & Duties
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, and have a smoke odor, there will not be any refund. Craft Passion Shop will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 5 working days after the confirmation.
